We call this combination of Thai Yoga Stretches and Hatha Yoga "Abhaya Yoga."  "Abhaya" means "fearlessness" in Sanskrit.  if we approach life with fearlessness, doors open  . . .

05/06/13 and 05/23/13 - SHOULDER opening time!  Aaah . Get a rest from stress with these upper back stretches! We have some great Thai yoga massage and adjustments to complement the poses.  Relieve tightness and tension with a yoga break.

05/13/13 and 05/30/13 -  ARM AND LEG work . . . keep the joints flexible with hatha yoga and Thai Yoga massage. Feel the stretchy benefits while you build strength and have fun playing "yoga" with us.

05/16/13  - HIP work - wonderful for the posture.  Feel springy and light with your open hips from this combined yoga and Thai yoga work.  These stretches are blissfully nice.

05/09/13 and 05/20/13- The SPINE - this is the highway that connects every part of the body to the brain.  Why not keep it sinuous and strong with yoga?  Join us and let your back enjoy the feel of a hands-on adjustment.

05/01/13, 05/08/13, 05/15/13, 05/22/13 and 05/29/13  - Wednesday Evenings - The CHAKRAS - The chakras are energy centers along the spine which can be balanced with different poses.  Of course, adjustments are also a part of this class.  Come learn about the chakras!

05/07/13, 05/14/13, 05/21/13 and 05/28/13  - GENTLE.  Designed for people who enjoy a slow, meditative class for body awareness and mindfulness.  Anyone may take it, and it is especially suited for non-exercisers due to age, health, or weight.  Adjustments will be made.
